Our mission is to bring a message of freedom and hope to anyone finding themselves physically or spiritually captive.
Our vision is to continue reaching into the jails and prisons across our nation through various avenues; bringing prisoners to the saving knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ. We help equip people to successfully re-integrate into society, to become productive individuals, and to take their rightful places in our churches as well as our communities.
It is our desire to have a voice and influence in every prison across this country. Obviously, it is not possible to have a physical presence in each facility but the vision can be fulfilled through our Biblical Correspondence Courses we have developed.
Old Town Prison Ministry is a Christian non-denominational outreach ministry. We believe that rehabilitation results from a heart change because of a personal relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ. Our focus is to minister the love and acceptance of the Lord to men and women who are incarcerated throughout our nation while also equipping them through Biblical training to become faithful and obedient servants of God.
We send teams of men and women to the County Jail and to the Correctional Facility in Freeland. These teams conduct church services and counsel with inmates. Dale Chenette coordinates the ministry teams and creates the curriculum.
